2Luv Photography uses the contact and session details you provide to review your request, arrange your photography session and manage related payments and correspondence.

What we collect

Name, email, telephone number, package, requested timing and relevant notes. Please do not provide children’s full names, birth dates, health information or other sensitive details. No customer account or bank login is required.

Where information is processed

The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and booking storage, Resend for transactional email, and Google Calendar for the studio diary. Calendar entries use booking references rather than customer names. Authorised studio administrators use Google sign-in, separately from Calendar access.

Cookies and security

Owner sign-in uses necessary secure session and OAuth cookies. Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention when live. The site does not use advertising or advanced analytics.

Access and retention

Booking information is restricted to authorised studio administrators. Contact the studio to request access, correction or deletion. The studio’s formal retention period and privacy contact must be confirmed before production launch; records needed for payment/accounting obligations require owner review before deletion.
