Availability and any extras are subject to studio approval. Select relevant extras when requesting a session. Items marked “Quote required” need an individual quote. No payment is due when you submit a request.

A few useful details.
How do I reserve a session?
Select a package and request your preferred date. The studio reviews availability and confirms the agreed price, timing and deposit before sending bank details. Your booking is confirmed after the studio verifies your deposit.
How long is event coverage?
Coverage hours are not specified in the rate card. Please provide your event start/end time and location for review before approval.
When will I receive my photographs?
The portrait and children’s cards indicate 7–14 working days after image selection; event packages indicate four weeks. Confirm the delivery schedule with the studio before booking.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling depends on availability. The printed cancellation and refund terms require clarification; the studio must provide the approved terms before requesting payment.
